  1. I’m still waiting as I got sent maritime one not poppy :-( I rang a week ago, very helpful in helping me send it back but yet mine has not arrived yet! Hopefully this week for me
  2. I contacted them regarding this fix, they declined to send me the spares to repair it myself (which I was happy to do) but alas my one is re packed ready to be returned for repairs. I’ve not even ran it in, didn’t see the point in the disappointment of de railing. Let’s hope my journey is a smooth as you’re all reporting
  3. You wont be alone I’ve done the same. I had one donor sat here doing nothing about to be sold. Now it has a new lease of life.
  4. My model shop is not dispatching mine and others until he hears from Hornby so I have not had the outlay for this model yet and I’m unable to experience or attempt a repair but I’m also mindful about actually getting the model. It might be worth cancelling my order and wait to see if or ever a response will be made by Hornby.
  5. Me too, however my wallet is unprepared and it is not pay day yet. Going to inform the boss now :-D
  6. Did any one buy one of the Chiltern sound 68s? The volume on mine is very loud, but I have no idea where I find the list of CVs and what they can be set to and change! TIA
  7. Thanks for that info! I did see some of this. Eastleigh has its work cut out at the moment!!! Oh a CS 47 :-O that would be nice, or perhaps a 86 ? We already hopefully have a 92 from DJM! I’m hoping the MK5s are produced somewhen.
  8. Take my money now! I’d for sure buy two at least (its a condition I cant get rid off!)
  9. I received my drs 47 today from widness models and is simply stunning. I’m very tempted by the colas one that’s actually for my area of the uk! However hasn’t that one been sold to GBRF?
  10. Becoming fist time customer after a little bit of luck finding him in a different forum topic, I found myself chatting to Barry who is very professional and pleasant and I would recommend his shop after purchasing a locomotive Yesterday. Many thanks Barry and to your team! Simon
  11. Can’t wait to start building basboards and track planning in the shed!

  12. How do I go about ordering one if to put have any left? I am not local so collection is impossible! Many thanks
  13. You can see the cast of a shadow from the lamp in the back scene. If that was light bleed It would be one of the worst I’ve seen!
  14. I dipped into buying and selling on Facebook for A while and that proved just as challenging. I now firmly stay away from both evil bay and Feb buying and selling. It’s not worth the hassle.
