Or on the first page of this thread<_<
Good point... well presented... Thats the one!

Spotted this at Model Rail Scotland 2008. Afraid I can't remember who the layout belonged to.
Now that is a cut and shut! Well spotted! I've noticed there is a class 86 'Short Haul' somewhere.... Think it is on Dyserth Road, pictures of it on the website.

Oh yea! Great ones! Remember seeing them in the old thread. I love that pacer emu!
-
That 350 in VT livery is stunning! Really good! Also, that VT scud looks good.... mmm... what about a Virgin 395? Or arriva pendo?
-
Amazing repaint, though not sure on how it fits the javelin. I think we should leave it to the plastic pigs. Those uglys redo are very good.... DRS 70 would do me fine!
Now, any chance of a Artemis Hanson traction liveried ugly and 66? That would be great! The wacky purple and green livery. Who could do that for me?
-
Now that is sexy! Come on Merseyrail! Buy 378s!
-
That looks really good! Now I know what the layout really looks like. Love it all!
-
That looks very nice matey! Really does! The track plan is lovely and complex, great for doing loads of running around on the layout
-
I love that LoadHaul one... so do I love that WSR 170... but best of all, 'Kevin' the stobart duck.
-
I got myself a Hornby one, and its a real beauty. Gonna get a Bachmann one next.... very good wagons they are...
-
Brings back so many good memories from the old forum... Some of them did go OTT, but those were the best!
-
Ha ha! My favourite RMweb topic is back! To start off, lets go RMweb, I wonder if the 82s could become EMUs?

Yea, good packaging! lol

Looks like the americans have given space for a mc Donald bottle.... or us brits, would put a cupa down, maybe tea.... or coffee..... yea, looks like it Julian.
-
Ah.... I know whats best for you! Cararama's lifeboat set. Its a Rangerover, and Life boat all in RNLI colours and carrying the logos. You can also get a Landrover, with boat in HM Coastguard livery. If you check the link out, Im sure its what you are wanting. Its not a kit though, but just a thought.

2 new requests.... coming very soon!

Their original plan was for the Class 68.... very strange. I prefer 68 as well.... suits it more.
Been photoshopping recently, and come up with this, a DRS compass liveried 70 (70101)

Want a livery request? Just ask, and I shall see what I can do.

We (the US) spawned that??? And no handrails along the sides.
Yea, its stupid. But, then Orvil's older brother (shape wise), the 'Bone' clas 58, it didn't have handrails, nor does the 70s half brother, the 20..... strange..... But they have hand rails by the cab doors..... very silly. I would love to see Orvil in Colas Rail livery, or DRS compass.....

I've spotted why I don't like them! The front is ok, but the reason, is unlike all of the other 'british' trains, the ugly duckling has loads of sticky out bits! For example, the light clusters stick out, and why the hell is there a ridgid edge on them? Also, the head lamp and horn grills, that sticks out like a circle on a square! lol Oh well.... may I ask which two landed in the UK? Its probably 005 and 006....
-
Oh god! Its the ugly duckling on wagons! Now, hopefully, if they leave it there, we won't need to see them ever in blighty! Freightliner goes USA! lol
I don't think anyone would make a model out of one.... to ugly. Will crack the plastic! lol
Next batch of Class 70's
in UK Prototype Discussions (not questions!)

Ooops. forgot to post here.
On 19th February, went to Warrington to see the 6F02 Ellesmere Port - Fiddlers Ferry coal, which was done by 70006... my first sighting of a beast.
Enjoy!
