Finally finish (well almost) building my N brass o gauge wickhams trolley kit (with Motor spud unit) ​The kit went together really well and the only problem area was the motor unit must have been slightly diffent to the one used when the instructions were produced as it was aller, but soon rectified by removing top mounting lug off motor unit, the rest of the build went really well, I did attempt the brakes but the brass etch was veery flimsy and afyter trying to mount them and bending them too easily I have decided to fabricate some from plastic and mount directly to the motor unit to save damaging them when I remove the body as they would be stood proud and proune to damage. the motor unit runs really well and even crosses std. peco o gauge point with out a problem on the frog and blade sections so really pleased. Now just to finish it off with some paint and build the trailer to go with it after ive finished a single boslster kit I'm half way through.
