I went to the show with a couple of friends. We were all of the opinion that many of the layouts looked superb, but were marred by the abysmal operation. On more than one occasion we stood for several minutes and waited - and absolutely nothing moved anywhere. I know some layouts operate to prototypical timetables, but this is taking it to extremes. We all want to admire the fantastic scenery and workmanship, but we also want to watch model trains....
