    Newly arrived cottages seen alongside Lofthouse station. Three from one build in low relief. Photos show kit, build and end model. Now have Slaters plasticard finish.

    Latest pics following return home. The first shows the rarely opened gates at Kirtley Crossing and the other a busy moment at Kirtley Bridge station - Jinty #7471 seen departing with branch passenger and 4F #4197 sorting a train of goods vans.

    Kirtley Bridge on the road again. This time at York over Easter bank holiday.

    Here’s where I’ve got to at present with Lofthouse. Most of the baseboards are now re-wired with tortoises, servos and electromagnets - and a DCC bus.

    Here we go heading over onto board #2 (left half of photo). This will get a bit of re-wiring as I’m reverting to Tortoise motors from the previous servos, then the scenery needs freshening up.

    Here’s my plan for the end curve. It’s only a mock up at present but …… real problem is getting hold of measurements for the arches and pillars, then working out how far you can go when reducing them into model form.

    Here is my new 'comms' set up - LED display and buzzer at the fiddle yard panel. This allows the main panel to send info to the fiddle yard panel when I have two operators. (inset shows main panel)
