  1. Hi, I have just acquired the subject kit from someone who had inherited it a long time ago. The main body shell is partly assembled. Most of the etched brass parts have been separated from the frets, which does not help. Some parts have been folded into shape (e.g. mini snow ploughs). A bag with white metal parts is still unopened. There are other bits and pieces including wheels, motors and gears. Some of the lost wax brass castings leave a lot to be desired (i.e. buffer heads). Even Fox transfers are included in the box. Now, I am not an O gauge modeller. This Class 26 is a diversion from my usual stuff. My main problem is that there ain't any instructions with the kit. Does anyone have a suitable set of assembly instructions for this kit, please? I'm sure it will end up as a fine model. And you wouldn't believe how much (or how little) I paid for it. Many thanks Tom
  2. Excellent, many thanks. That's what I thought, just needed confirmation. Thanks again
  3. Please, can anyone give me definitive info concerning axle diameter for 36-017. I need to re-gauge them to 12mm gauge to use as driving wheels on NG diesel loco (Colombian Railways GE UB10, and others, 3ft gauge, scale 4mm/ft - hence 12mm over tread). I need this info so I can order correct gears to fit axle. Thanks, Tom Alternatively, can anyone recommend a suitable replacement economical disc wheel (12mm over tread 2mm axle)
