I'll be starting a thread about this, but my query may get a wider audience here - Does anyone know where I might be able to find the music from British Transport Films' Terminus (1961)? A strange request, I know, but I quite like it!!! A nice variety in there, and most of it is to my taste!

Due to a one-under incident at Southbourne, Southern services along the West Coastway are currently subject to delay and cancellation. The timetable has fallen apart slightly (well, maybe a bit more than slightly) so it's become a long-way-round journey for me. Ah well, adds interest to the morning. My thoughts are with the staff this morning as they try to recover the service through the abuse and unhelpfulness they are likely to be subjected to. My thoughts also go to the person involved in the incident, naturally.

I don't know quite why I saw fit to post this here! Oh well - hopefully someone finds it useful!!!

Another day, another shift - A rather soggy day at Medstead but an enjoyable one. Worryingly I have been promised that a rather unflattering photo of me may appear on here...

The Mid Hants Railway reopened for services today with 4MT Mogul 76017 and Ivatt 2MT Tank 41312 in service. Next week will see 41312 replaced with the 2H DEMU Unit No.1125 - If you are looking to travel please note that until July all services will originate from Alresford and will terminate at Medstead & Four Marks.

Yay! Back up at the MHR (training) on Saturday, then only three more weeks to sit twiddling my thumbs before the start of the running season.

Here's a novelty... acting as navigator on a rail replacement bus service. At least SWT under stagecoach knew how to run a bus service!!!
