Tim , we had a brief chat at Ally Pally recently; you told me CF would be up and running at Keen House for the photo session , but was it this thurs 20th or next 27th ? ( typically I can't remember which . . . ) regards Andy.

Afternoon Tim just spent 45 minutes sending you a humorous and informative post , with attachments ; then lost it . . . twice . . . wonderful . so have already sent the pics . now for the words. so here goes . . . .again . . over the Christmas break , was taking a healthy stroll on Hampstead Heath ; with friends and family ; strictly legit ; and noticed the LNER advert on a wall above the shops opposite Ham Heath overground station ; the one we used to call the Cross Town Flier. I am pretty sure it was covered by a modern hoarding , now removed . Anyway , I immediately thought how good it would look on CF. do let me know your thoughts. the other two pics are of wall adverts ( is there a better name? ) at the Highgate Hill end of parliament Hill Fields. not so relevant to CF , but I do love the idea of catering for "beanfeasts " ; very Dickensian . best wishes , I do hope I haven't bored you senseless , and see you at St. Evenage ? Afternoon all . I read somewhere on RMweb that CF is starring (! ) at Wakefield in the next week or so. I've tried , and failed , to persuade my minders/carers/family to go - we live just a mile or five to the northof Kings Cross, so I don't blame them really . . . so if you , Tim , and the Crew get a spare few minutes when you are there , can you please take some snaps/videos , so that the disciples , like me , who can only gaze in wonderment at the 2mm fs creations , can see the progress being made ? thanks awfully , in advance , Andy.

morning chaps ; I'd planned to make my first ever visit to Keen House last night ; World Cup and bowls got in the way . . . so do tell me how CF got on , with its running session prior to Acton ( which again I can't make ) . . . and did anyone take any snaps, which I absolutely love? and finally, andapologies for very probably being off topic, . . for my latest big birthday my fans( ! ) got me some Gaugemaster vouchers , which I'm thinking of using to start in N , and then maybe , many many miles down the track , just maybe , have a bash at converting to 2mmfs ( although given my absolute lack of any modelling ability whatsoever this seems unlikely ) so any suggestions as to what loco to get would be most helpful. ( I might put this last bit in the correct place . . . just not today.) regards to all Andy.

I recently joined MRC and the 2mm society , so hope to turn up one thurs eve when CF is up at Keen House in May /June. ( the other dates clash with family stuff . hello there ; I'm new here , so forgive my gaffs . . .but I 've been wondering . . . I saw CF at, I think , both St Evenage and Ally Pally in 2017 but not since ; any chance of some snaps and chat regarding recent progress ? oh , and would there be an excuse to run Sarah Siddons or John Hampden on the NLR? ( I live near Oakleigh Park on the GN , and the local secondary used to be called John Hampden School , I think , and we have a "Hampden Way" very near ) ( irrelevant? maybe!) bfn, Me.
