I chipped and ran in my Bachmann class 08 shunter, runs well in one direction, but in the other the motor 'chatters' like cardboard in a bike's spokes. Speeds up as the motor speeds up. The worm gear engages smoothly. Any ideas people?

Hello I have a number of hidden tracks, and would like to use 4 USB webcams to monitor the, during running sessions. Most shareware software is concerned with recording and motion detection, and I just want to stream from my cams. Any suggestions out there?
