Last year we had Gwynedd at our Exhibition which proved to be a big success, until we found some minor electrical faults towards the end of the day, but thankfully this week we have managed to find and diagnose the fault which means we should be able to get it fully running again.

Gwynedd is our 009 gauge layout that was given to us many years ago that we have been constantly updating and upgrading, our current projects include; sorting out the electrics and pointwork and improving the scenics one of which is the canal which has had some new resin poured in as the old resin which is at least 43 years old had started to crack around the edges. another one of the projects include either repairing or replacing on of the drystone walls where it has chipped and cracked in a similar way to the way the original walls were built, by using small chippings of shale and resin to glue them together.
