Had a look on Ultrascale site earlier today and I will be giving them a ring next week. It's an ancient thing and over fifty years old but still runs like it did when new on series four track but on code 100 it rattles along the chairs. Thanks for the info.

Thanks for that. I was going to give it a try with some wet and dry with the motor running but I recon that a Dremel with grinding wheel might just do the job. Need to buy a digital caliper gauge first so that i can get all wheels the same size.

After many years languishing in a battered old box I unearthed all my old oo stuff, oiled and ran most of them with the exception of the old Dock authority shunter. It needs a new set of wheels as the old flanges are too deep to run on peco 100 but despite doing a search on here I can't find any info on where to buy. Any help much appreciated.

This was my ninth sd1 and i sold it three years ago as I had nowhere to keep it when we were between houses. Now I have a very clean empty garage with lots of space and it's way too clean to dirty with old cars. It's around Shrewsbury somewhere now.
