I am not sure what a suppressor cap is , but it seems as though that the motor connections go straight to the motor, not via any other component.
I have a few model trams with Tenshodo bogies using a NCE Power Cab controller, but they do not seem to perform as well as other models with Mabuchi/Mashima motors..
I wondered whether any one can advise on the optimum PVM frequency to use with the Tenshodo ?
