  1. I'm in! Easy when you know how. Thank you for your help.
  2. Wonderful - thank you all, great information and very much appreciated!
  3. Hi, I've acquired a Hornby R376 (I think!) tender-driven 4-4-0 LMS 1000 compound class loco. I need to access the tender as something in there is not as it should be, bit I'm struggling to get inside it. Screw removed from bottom, but beying that I'm hitting a brick wall. If anybody has any suggestions I would be most grateful. Many thanks R
  4. Thank you 313201 - that was exactly correct. It had felt too firmly held in place for it to 'just' be black tak, but a firm jiggle and it shifted. Many thanks indeed for your help.
  5. Hi - I would be grateful for any assistance please. Could anybody please advise how best to remove the motor from my Hornby 2-6-4T Fowler? I am unable to identify what (a screw?) or where this is being held firmly in place. I have had a look from underneath after unscrewing and moving aside the under-tray, but there did not appear to be a screw running up from there - although the view wasn't great, as pickup wires make moving the under-tray much not great. In any case, if somebody could please point me in the right direction that would be really helpful - thank you.
