  1. I do intend to make some Furness Railway models, including but not limited to a new K2, some of the 0-6-2Ts, possibly a Copperknob if I can find diagrams, and one or two of the 0-6-0 tender locomotives. So far I have made a G5 0-6-0T, which has yet to be exported to Trainz - if you'd like to see some pictures of the liveries I've made for it then I'll happily share them.
  2. Having not posted here in a couple of weeks I think it's only right to do so in style :D Here is a screenshot of my GWR Star Class model, powering an express, or something, on a Welsh route I found on the Trainz download station (I am more professional than this I promise).
  3. In Trainz we have a thing called Levels Of Detail (LODs) which determine how well the model is rendered from certain distances, i.e. the further away you are from a locomotive, the less detail you can see, although these are created in Blender instead of in Trainz. I personally don't use them because it's just extra hassle to export more meshes than I need to, but I do see the benefit of them in terms of performance.
  4. From what I've seen from Ricardo (who again made those Midland Railway models), he uses Blender 2.79, like me - the un-smooth nature of the pipework might be down to how many sides the cylinder mesh for that part has, whereas the dome appears much smoother since the mesh had more sides. If I'm honest I probably have no idea what I'm talking about because he has a different way of working compared to me.
  5. Glad to see my Baxter model getting good use. Hi everyone! I'm Connor, responsible for this model of Baxter, and also responsible for hosting those Midland Railway locomotives (a friend made them and I've just released them, with regards to the 3F he didn't specify its particular class). As also mentioned I will be creating this Great Eastern E22 Class alongside many other locomotives no one else has thought to make. To name one, recently I made a GWR Churchward County
