Out of interest…

Does anyone produce replacement decals for the Triang “primary” clockwork locos? Specifically these logo decals:

Mystery 3 rail OO tinplate track?

Friend and I were talking earlier, and after digging through some stuff they found some old track they’d got in a job lot for around £50, most of it is Triang standard track (grey plastic base) with one section of super 4, but what caught my eye was two lengths of tinplate 3 rail track, a black tin base, unsure of any branding and they can’t find any markings, can’t be Dublo based on colour alone. At first I thought it may have been Trix Twin, but it’s a tin base, TTR’s was bakelite, any assistance on finding out the origin of this track will be greatly appreciated.
