  1. Hello Iain, Just to point out that I have been using the Peco PL-10/Lenz LS150/ GM500D, combination for many years now and despite being "old design", they fulfill the foremost requirement. They work! I have just purchased PL-10 motors to relplace the Seep with great success.
  2. Thanks Brian & Iain, Regarding the bypassing of the resistors, I did see this article some time ago. I think it may have referred to the GM500 rather than the 500D. Anyway, I did try but it gave me no improvement. Iain, you may be right and I will probably have to revert to the Peco motors. However, as I pointed out in my correspondence to GM, it is disappointing to release two seemingly related products which are not compatible and not mention this anywhere in the data about these products.
  3. Hello All, Has anyone out there experience of using the Seep PM2 Point Motor with a GM500D relay switch? I am operating these with a Lenz LS150 Accessory Decoder. After many years of using Peco PM10's with this relay, because of an accessibility problem I had to use a Seep. Because of the greater ease of fitting I purchased three more Seep motors. On connecting these motors alongside the GM500D relay I found the relay switched only occasionally. GM suggested increasing the pulse duration, this I did with no success. They then suggested that the LS150 output was not great enough. According to the data the LS150 output is 3amp. Surely this cannot be an issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
