    Class 22 - Part 3

That's certainly the closest I've seen to a head-on shot of a 22. I see what you mean about the bottom of the cab-side window, but I do wonder if the effect isn't exaggerated by the angle of the rain strip? Still, if it's in the drawings then it probably is there!

    Class 22 - Part 3

I've only just come across your blog, but I'm currently in the process of finishing off my own Worsley Works N gauge Class 22. You've certainly put far more care into it than I have, although I'm still very happy with the result I've achieved so far! However...are you sure about the tapered nose? From all the photos I have, the body appears to be straight. You can see this by examining the line of the body against the valance. At the top of this page for example, it seems to be a pretty much straight line along the entire length of the body?

    Dapol Class 22

Just in case there is any remaining doubt, here's D6332 looking decidedly ex-works, complete with headcode boxes and in BFYE, dated August 1967.
  4. This looks marvellous so far. This might sound like an obvious but what scale/gauge are you building in?
  5. Dapol make a very nice 67. I don't know about those "other" scales though I can't for the life of me remember where I saw it but I could have sworn Hornby are doing a Class 70. Probably just one of those frothing wish lists, to be honest.
  6. What's in the cardboard box? Do the real things come with detailing parts, too?
  7. Did anyone get any shots of them on the move to Bristol?
