Thanks for the replies , Yes I am in the process of insulating the garage, floor included,the garage has a insulated loft and plasterboard ceiling,and a excellent heater is in place , Will keep you posted on how I get on , Thanks.

Good evening everyone, Just signed up with RMWEB, and looking for some ideas , I have recently retired ,and now have some time to bring a life long desire to build a model railway, The only space I have available is a attached small single garage ,size is 15.5ft x 7.5ft, Looking at 00 Gauge as I would like to have a continuous run if possible ,as I like to see trains running ,if only short trains , Any ideas would be greatly appreciated, Thankyou, Col.
