    Have been given a Loksound sound chip with a Class 44 sound. I have fitted and programmed using a Hornby speaker. However, this is very distorted. I think it is a 4 ohm speaker I think this must be wrong? I cannot/do not know what version this chip is. Can anyone advise which speaker to use with this please. Speaker I have attached is 8 Ohm;s 1 Watt Thank You Mike

    Help please, I have just fitted an Heljan Class 128 DPU with a Bachmann decoder. There is a problem in that only one cab light works. If I put back the blank both lights work. Using another 21 pin chip only gets the same result. I have no Idea how to program other than set the operating number to the chip. Anyone help here please Thank You Mike

    Hello! Complete newbie looking for a "dummies" guide. I have a Bachmann class 40 locomotive fitted with a sound chip, it was Ok when put away but zero operation when put back to the track. Have Bachmann Dynamis control and need to start again with it. Can anyone give or tell me where to go to identify the type of chip and start all over again in setting it up please. Really need a press this then press that. Trying to read the Dynamis manual is trying to wade through treacle! Locomotive works fine with a standard chip fitted
