Having fitted a 6 function DCC decoder to my 45 the cab lights don’t work unless I push down on the decoder is anybody else having a similar issue or knows of a fix for it. 

Maybe Dapol should start doing unpainted versions 

I have been looking into the vsd set up but cannot get it to work, have read the instructions but cannot find the menus in jmri that it says you need.

Hoping a second batch has a 37/5 in intercity 37515 for example and a 37/7 in Mainline as 37798.

There is a frame the slats sit in that is silver but there is another frame round that that should be green

Think Heljan have done the grill and frame in silver when in reality the frame was green with only the grill in silver.

I had such high hopes for the Heljan 45 when first announced, I know in modelling you have to make a compromises  but if Bachmann can get the upper body curve right then why this slab sided brick from Heljan?

Nice of them to put a deadline on fixing the error they caused, what happens if you buy one that’s been sat on a shelf at a retailers or did retailers send them back to be corrected.

Hope they can rectify the problem 

I might get a 73136 in intercity if they have fixed the lower body side colour.

Are they waiting for the chips before production can start?
