nearly there. The website has been updated with photos of each pack now and shipments of preorders will commence Tuesday.

Thanks for the good news McC,i think i would speak for all in the hobby in just saying Thanks to all you guys for making your company the benchmark of how it should be done, it seems more like a joint effort with your customer base once models announced, stay safe and keep up doing what you do so well. I had better get on with my loft.......

    regards Eric

And lastly....no, I don't want a pink 'ONE', I'm not even sure that one has even been down to the Mendips to work stone trains?

Any feed back/info/conformation would be great.

heres 66587 0n Mendip stoneat 30 mins in,this chap puts loads of Mendip suff on so great for reserch so give him a sub and like as its not my content but check out his playlist as theres years of stuff there.

If you want 66957 be quick as its next to sell out........now at 10 in stock and yes the orange on 66623 is wrong.

All the issues on these are fixable so dont be put off and miss out.

If you buy a brand new product on launch you are de facto product test engineer doing testing in proper 'real world' scenarios!

Its us the buying public thats the issue,We were the workshop of the world, how well it could be made was important, now its how cheap can we have it,it was made to last and not to a price, media hype has got a generation that has never known how well onto the look what you get for so little, you get nothing worth having for nothing but in real terms we are getting very little for a lot if it only last a few years and needs thrown away, churning out anything is only good for those selling it,and now we are so environmentaly conscious no good either, just hope the di cast chassis does not dissolve in a few years eh,but it is what it is,skilled is replaced with qualified,i know where i would prefere to be.

What started as childs toy is now pretty good as we got older and proved we could play safely with electric other than clockwork trains.......

I'm sure no one has a train of aggregate on their layout that is so urgently required at the opposite side of the room that a while longer won't hurt.

Its the expense of buying 12 Hattons 66,s when 4 of these should do the trick, modern image is so popular so i hope they bring us some up to date G&W and 59003 in GBRF with the initial batch, only 4 axle ends to get right on these too, they have had six years or so to get it correct so it should be a step up in modern diesel models hopefully

  5. Fixed properly it runs great,it looks the part and pulls and sounds the mutts nuts with the full package, since this is Hattons thread you would think there would be the odd comment other than buy our products on you tube,if i was not up to reaxleing these i would still buy them over the Bachmann one as its way beyond that.If you cannot remove the axle box cap and shorten it ,pop it back with a dot of glue then you should not have electric trains, some of the stuff on these is way out of proportion. Its a good model that can be made great with a little work.

  6. Yes they are a jumble of anything goes today aswell, the taller newer sqare boxes and the shallow JUA that Accurascale are bringing out are the old ore hoppers ,about three back i think and five to seven back, the next clip has some ARC ones but they would not have there 59,s then.
