  1. not bothered about it realy, also, at the moment it can't run at all, it has no motor, plus since that pic i've added a GWR style bonnet and a different chimney, planning to fit a new smokebox door and a westinghouse pump, so the jinty windows won't be that obvious
  2. some progress, handrail fitted, chimney changed, safety valve cover added plonk it it front of a station, add some figures, faff around with some filters and it looks somewhat like an old photograph
  3. that too, thinking about it i might keep the some and just add a new smokebox door and safety valve cover
  4. a bit of cutting and the 14xx had some progress, needs a slight extension to the frame and most likely a new boiler but she's starting to take shape
  5. could've made a 2-4-0, but the splasher would be in the way and i can't be asked to remove it
  6. thanks! came about by pure accident too! due to construction of the 0-6-0 14xx i had a body and chassis, it dropped on perfectly, thus this little fella was born
  7. one of those actually did go through my mind whilst looking at the 14xx chassis and the jinty body
  8. for once instead of thinking of "hmm that would be a nice bash" yours truly actually makes a thing, an 0-6-0 version of the 14xx (featuring a triang jinty chassis) the jinty chassis and autotank body need some filing, in the meantime i dropped the jinty body onto the 14xx chassis and voila presto, a very dainty little jintystein! just need some paint and transfers for her now (might cut out a bit of cab roof to make it look more victorian)
  9. won't be motorized just cutting and glueing the plastic chassis/siderods and just have it as a nice little static
  10. There used to be one, it was indeed dean sidings, only used the chassis of the Hornby (caley) pug
  11. Here's the more refined 0-6-0 pug as i intend to build it, just pretend the lettering and number are the correct LMS font, used gill sans as a placeholder
  12. i've had a bit of a think, come up with 2 things that would be pugbashable. A killin pug, can be easily made from a nellie cab and a normal Hornby smokey joe pug An 0-6-0 L&Y pug, which can be easily made from 2 pug kits (heck will probably build one myself soon)
  13. Two donor Hornby versions of the 0-4-0 and a jinty chassis, and you've pretty much got this
