I can also recommend the book Overzicht van de Nederlandse spoor- en tramwegbedrijven (Overview of Dutch Rail and Tramway Companies, fourth edition) which provides an overview of all rail and tramway companies in the Netherlands, including opening and closing dates and a number of maps. Please see the site of the publisher for further details. Just new is the website https://spoortijdlijn.nl/. At the moment only main lines and a couple of local railways are shown, but apparently the builder of the website is planning to add more local railways. Regards, Kees
