Ok - thanks. Think my Select is running on the latest firmware so will give it try.

It looks like the decoder of one of my Hornby trains has got locked up and I need to set it back to the factory defaults. Does anyone in my locality (Ruislip Middlesex) have a DCC controller capable of issuing CV commands that can do this? My Hornby Select is not capable. Thanks
