If you plan on making Duck a 850 Class, one of the locomotives built as a 0-6-0ST later converted to a 0-6-0PT, the numbers could be as follows: 93-94 850-873 987-998 1216-1227 However, if you plan on making him a 1901 Class, which first started being built a few years later as 0-6-0PTs since the beginning, the number could be anywhere between 1901-2020.
