Hi, I am trying to get hold of an OO Gauge Heljan Class EM1, DCC with sound. I was wondering if anyone knew of any of these locomotives being available? Hattons have them with no sound. Thank you all, I think you have answer my problem. I broke it. Can I confirm what is the correct way to set up more IR sensors to ensure complete coverage of the digital signal or is this not advised? Again my thanks for your comments very useful and an expensive lesson learnt. Regards Russell

Thank you Jim Fin and Ron Ron. Ron you have basically described what I have, I do not have the Ultima. I have a 5.3m x 3.5m shed. I have run a bus line cable with extensions on to connect 4 loops in about 6 locations around the loops (circuit). I have placed one Command Station at one end and power with the IR sensor on top. The other end has the Pro Box, with a Command Station on top, and a IR sensor on top of that. Power and track connection. I power up, place a loco on a length of track and select the loco address but the hand set keeps showing the Stop icon and Short icon. This also happens when I set up a small length of track, and connect a Command Station only to the track, again the Stop and Short icons keep appearing on the handset. I disconnected the Dynamis system and put a Hornby digital control on same scenario, single length of track. Put the loco address in and nothing happens, no movement or no sounds? I have tried several locos to both systems but nothing working. The Dynamis was working on an independent piece of track used to test the locos and it worked then. For some reason I cannot find the Dynamis IR extension, I had a few weeks ago but I have put it in a safe place. Any help/advice to solve this problem would be much appreciated. Many thanks. I am new to the world of digital model railways, I have bought the Dynamis Command Box and Pro Box. For a while I just had a straight track to test the locos I purchased off eBay. The last few months I have been working on setting up my track design, and decided to check the station against rolling stock hitting the platform. I set the Dynamis up, with Command & Pro box at one end, and another command box at the other end. However when I put a loco on and entered the address, nothing; tried several locos but nothing. I took the second Command box off line and then the handset showed the ''Short'' icon. Could not find a problem, so set up a simple straight track with the track power cable directly onto the rails, again this read ''Short'', I have a Hornby Digital Controller and set a loco up on there and still no movement. Would a appreciate any solutions or ideas as to the problem? Many thanks/
