    Although not quite up to Martyn's exemplary standards, I've started a 'lock down' project based on the DVR. I've become obsessed with the line after my son bought a house nearby. There's still a ready mix plant on the site at Osbaldwick, on which I've based the model, but I think the buildings have changed since the line closed. The rest of this 8ft 'shunting plank' will be based on Layerthorpe. Phil Mason.
