To try make things easier try to stick to photos of numbers for the phases being modeled: Phase 1: 1400-1429 Phase 2: 1430-1439 Phase 3: 1440-1511 Phase 4: 1512-1545 Happy to help!!

What you have modelled is the Phase 3 series (1440-1511) on the original fabricated bogies that were originally fitted to the Phase 1 series (1400-1429). The doors on the short hood are incorrect for this phase of locomotive. Also there is no recess for the hand brake which would be after the third hood door in the long hood behind the cab. See included picture

The Queensland variant differs from the NZGR variant in many ways. Dynamic brakes vs none being one obvious difference

Sounds good. Would you be willing to make an S scale version? I assume you are doing the Clyde built phase 2 locos 1430-1439?
