Just disable all the spyware - like the keylogger - as soon as you start it up. Then get rid of everything you don't need.

Windows 10 isn't bad. Its done the usual Microsoft trick in that every other version tends to be ok, the intervening ones rubbish.
At the moment, MS is trying not to have to announce Win11 by pushing updates, which get dodgier over time...
