doesn't show your bulb, but does indicate that Vitality were making double filament bulbs. The fact that there is only a single connection pip on the bottom of your device indicates that to all intents and purposes you could treat this as an ordinary bulb.
Unfortunately I could not find any information as to the specs. of this lamp or any immediate alternative.

Surely being Romford/Markits, they can't be out of quarter? The error is more likely to be in the rods or there is a dimension error twixt rods and hornblock position

I also wonder, in the Chinese railway feeding a coal fired power station, is this a circular project? I mean will the 'clean' railway absorb the power from the 'dirty' coal fired power station thus calling the whole thing carbon neutral?
