Morning all ! Rather lucky here as we still have no snow, just -5 degrees. Young lady, whilst talking about a busy pre-Christmas Saturday, confirmed that Christmas Day probably hasn't fallen on a Saturday for about six years....... No doubt it will also be on the 25th December again next year..... Bob

Morning, all ! Another day's leave here in a wind-swept Lincolnshire village; I am retiring at Christmas, so our Daughter calls these days off a 'dry run' for future marital relations. So far, no-one has died After 46 years in the world of work, it is going to feel very strange not leaving at 7.30 am each morning Bob

Oh gorgeous !! Especially the Lion on his Unicycle version; I recall seeing one at Grantham in 1950's - where the GN, GE and M&GN Joint met - so I must have it. Okay so I model 1/45th scale Switzerland but it will go with my other wimsical purchase, a Hornby B17 called 'L--ds' -n-t-d' Bob
