Mullered again by M.R. for one of our loco's. 80%!! what do we have to do to get better?

MR seems not to be able to decide what 00 scale is. 4mm = 1 foot (1/76.2) or 1/76. An 8ft bogie wheelbase at 32mm is often shown as wrong against the scale measurement!
