Gents
The Baccy 40 isn't that bad.
O aye i wouldnt say no to one! i dunno what it is about the Joueffs tht just capture it for me, think its just the chunkyness of the things, your 127 does looks rather good with the weathering and wonky 0's

I think the Jouef class 40 captures the character of the loco well. I know they are too wide, and a bit crude, but they just look like a 40.
I agree eniterely Baby Deltic, lima and bachman just dont capture them for me either (iv got about 26 Joueff 40s at mo!) a bit of tinkereing and a nice paint job they look brilliant, nice to know im not on my own with them.

Hi, just like to add thanks for the quick delivery on the harrogate gas works drewry kit, the jackshaft extenion looks and works brilliantly, pleasently surprised how easy it was to covert the bachman 08 chassis, was a bit hesitant to fiddle with something so small but glad i did!
Cant wait for the Harrogate Gas Works pecket to come along, saw pics in your gallery just before fotpic went down, looks impressive! Have you plans for a Barber kit in the pipeline? The currnt chassis kits seems to suggest so....
All the best
