  1. Collected my 28 HOAs at Glasgow with examples of each of the liveries. These are absolutely superb models with exquisite details and wonderful fine printing. The free running qualities are quite amazing which is probably due to the fact they are nicely weighted.

I experienced a slight problem with tight bogies that was easily remedied by loosening them with a small screwdriver. Ben has illustrated the solution on the Revolution website.

Now to weather them and add some loads.

A HUGE thank you, once again, to Ben & Mike.

    Ged.

  2. Having seen the model 'in the flesh' and having met Sam, the man creating the model, I am delight d and enthused by both. Sam appears to have an impeccable pedigree in the N Gauge model making world. His humble desire is to create the best N Gauge model possible.

So, I have 2 on order and I am really looking forward to enjoying them.

It is also clear the Ben and Mike have great faith in Sam as they have trusted the 320/321 to him. Evidence, so far, illustrates that their faith is well founded!

    cheers,

    Ged.

  4. The 6 I ordered arrived today. A very pleasant surprise as I was not expecting to receive them until after Christmas.

They are superb in every way. The detail is amazing, maintaining the very high standard of goods that Revolution produce. Well Done Mike and Ben once again and thanks for despatching them so quickly.

All the Best for Christmas and the New Year, you have earned it!!!

  7. I splashed out and have 4. All purchased from Durham Trains of Stanley. They all are beautiful runners, quiet and controllable. Even smoother and quieter after a good running in. They negotiate my Kato points with ease. I think, as has been said, that they look good from normal viewing distance. I have weathered the Tyne and Wear model and it is a significant improvement, particularly around the lower door areas.

    Cheers,

    Ged.

  8. Hi Dave

I agree! Please return here and to the N Gauge Forum.

Remember the good times when members praised you for being so open with us all. Members were really grateful when you posted images of developments, giving us all the opportunity to suggest refinements if we felt that they could improve the models. No other manufacturer has done that as consistently as you have. Embryonic businesses need all the support they can get and a huge number of us are willing you to succeed.

There will be occasional criticism, but that is par for the course. Taken sensibly adverse critism can still be converted into something constructive.

You have broad shoulders and a huge wealth of support from those who genuinely care. It was a very brave decision to go out on your own in establishing a totally new business from scratch. Issues in China have certainly not helped, but your are weathering them with aplomb and things are looking much brighter and more positive.

Please, please let everyone know so that the messages get out there to bring more customers on board.

    All the Best,

    Ged.
