Today I made a short movie, showing a cabride through my station Borve which is under construction. These movie was made with a lighter spy camero so the quality is not so good.
Last weekend I attended a FREMO meeting at Hanau with the Isle of Skye modular layout. During the meeting I made a short movie showing the first runs of my to DCC converted Class 27.
Today I received two parcels with new motive power. In the first parcel was a GraFar Class 20 which a friend of mine (MacRat) resprayed in the green livery and numbered it D8032.
In the other was the Class 27 Body shell from Its N Gauge, which will run on a GraFar Class 33 Chassis.

I had no chance to make more pictures from all layouts, because we needed all hands, as we gave the children the possibility to
run trains on our layout.
Early these month I visited a friend. He held his anual Silvester layout operating sessions.
These took place in the weeks after christmas.
His layout is a combination of a layout with the addition of FREMO N-RE modules.

Yesterday I attended the so called Silvester Layout from a friend of mine.
Every Year between Christmas and the first or second weekend in January he
held operating sessions with a modular layout at his home.

Today a trainspotter wanted to film the new HST service on the Isle of Skye Railway.
But instead something strange happend and he was wittnes to an american freighttrain
travelling along the rails of the IoS.
here are some pictures I took during my attendance at the FREMO N scale modular meeting in Hanau from 2nd until 5th of June. Unfortunatly I only could attend it on thursday and friday.

The time period was set to the early 1980s. We've got two double track mainlines. which crossed at Karlsruhe Durlach (these is a scale model of the real railway station) On one mainline we've run for the first
time electrice locomotives. Then we've got two branchlines. On these two branches most of our freight traffic was handled.
During the last few weeks I started construction on my new station Borve. Borve is the junction of the line from Portree to Uig with the line to Dunvegan. The station is build on four segments. At the moment on the three main segments the track is laid except for one turnout and the track for two yard tracks.
we exhibited our layout at the Internationale Modellbahnausstellung in Kaarst near Cologne. During the exhibition I made some vidoes.

Last weekend I held an operating session in my train room. We accomplished two timetables on Saturday, and did some fine shunting with our locos. Here you can see a "wee" film I made.
