Don't want work today as my manager who never give a #### about my department gave me telling off on the shop floor as he changed how my stock should go out but doesn't know how the department work. You NEVER give staff a telling off in front of customers. It reflects bad on the business & is unprofessional. If you work for a chain company then phone your head office & start a grevance against said manager. Explain clearly you don't feel there's anyone within your branch who can help resolve this issue & you've a lot going on personally.
