Hi Fran. Quick question please. What constitutes an order on your website? I checked my rewards and it said I had ordered 3 times. But under my orders, excluding 2 that are pending/partially paid, I have ordered and fully paid 10 times - 4 locos and 18 wagons spread over 6 orders. Thanks in advance.

No, the rewards scheme wasn't there from the start, but I can't say when it was introduced. Most of my Accurascale purchases have been through my local retailer, but I've ordered direct twice. The first (November 2019) was before the reward scheme was introduced and the second (November 2022) was after, so my reward points only relate to my second order. I only have the points bonus for one order and the 3 points per pound tallies with the value of my second order.
