Yikes, that's a long time to put up with it! I guess I should be thankful that I've only been were I am for 6 years.

I sympathise with you. One job I had many people here would consider a dream job. It was for the first year and a half. We were only a small team. Then the 'good half' left in fairly quick succession. I spent the next seven years wanting out. Marriage, kids and mortgage meant I had to stay put. I really feel for anyone who finds work such a rut, especially in the present work climate.
