Well after being away (well pretending to do Uni work instead of modeling) for almost a year now.. i decided with the imminent due date for my assignment, i would start to gear up for the new year and get back on with my various projects.
firstly i aim to finish work on my photographic plank.. well i call it a plank, its more of a small layout! a few nights work on gluing all the lovely pandrol fastenings on the slow line, ballasting the other running lines and finishing the cutting vegetation and a few bits of detailing work is all thats needed there.. (he says...)
then onto the layout.. not much has change really.. the website needs a revamp as my old hard drive died on me and so i lost all the website data, and i can no longer do anything to the current website. i've left it up for the time being, but the plan is to produce a new website which will start to feature much better loco pictures (thanks to the investment of a new picture taking toy...) and hopefully more entries on what i'm doing on my workbench...
well thats it for now.. wish i could post a few new pictures but havent got any to show as of yet.. will hopefully do a new update around christmas (when back home) to update you all on the layout.
want to have an operational layout in time for the release of the Hornby 4-VEP.. so no rush then
cheers for reading..
for anyone who hasnt seen or heard of my layout before, have a look at the old website www.oakleighmodernimage.co.uk
