Being relatively new to this game, I'm not sure what has been used before and this one is very tempting, so sorry if it's old hat.

Isle of grain;

Clues; this is the square south east of the first. It's the same railway line.

And if you travel two miles east from this second square you'll be in the middle of a cathedral city.
