Ah..... but you will need a rectangular drill bit to fit those !!!

Maybe... use the right size of drill, and a little glue.. I don't see a problem. I use the Peco underlay, perhaps laying them on their side, after carving a spot out of the underside of the foam might be an option.

If they don't work, it was less than $5 to experiment with!

I have to agree.. that sound takes it to a whole new level! Between Youtube and the occasional show, I've been treaded to both UK and NA sound models in action. Unfortunately, at almost three times the price of a regular loco, sound is going to be a very long time away for me (Bachmann 20 = $115, Bachmann sound 20 = $298).

Hats off to those who can afford it! Just make sure you have a bucket to catch the drool from those of us who can't!

I was just about to order some of the standard Kadee magnets from my supplier when I came across this posting.

I just found some similar on eBay from Hong Kong that deliver for free. Was about the same price for 100, and seem to be similar in size.

I'll give them a try (when the arrive) and will post my findings!
