Good choice, I would be happy with either. I do have a SEF "W" kit to build but I still would build it if Accurascale made a "W" and buy thier "W" too. The first non Southern or GW steam loco I spotted was 40022 at St Pancras Station so for nostalgic reasons I would buy one.

    Kind regards,

I would prefer a L.MS /5  Black 5 plenty to choose from plus a fair few have survived the torch

More good news! The next three running numbers of our awesome new Class 37 are about to arrive in stock. Due at our warehouse early next week, the three running numbers consist of the hugely popular 37043 'Loch Lomond', in 1980s guise with Scottish car headlight, 37409 'Lord Hinton' in current condition as a modernised Class 37/4 and "Accurascale Exclusive" no 37402 'Stephen Middlemore', again a modernised Class 37/4 in current condition.

All three wear the iconic BR Large Logo Blue, and well... we'll let the following images do the rest of the talking!

These will be checked, packed and shipped and begin arriving with you towards the end of next week. As you know, we are currently sold out on pre-order, but there should be some stock left over for sale! This will be offered for sale after all pre-orders and stock to shops are sent out, so make sure you sign up to the email notifications on the website for the running number you fancy once they go on sale.

  4. I also went to Macclesfield show , I think Kevpeo photo of the model does not really show how good Tamworth Castle looks although thanks for the photo, , , the model is much brighter [colourful ? ] than the photo shows, The model was stationary as it was lent out to show the model. Phil said Models would hopefully be ready for delivery around Midsummer [July / August ?]

  8. ESU `s Diesels are excellent having lots of different sounds etc squealing on curves, on early models they also gave a large bottle for the smoke, but have seemingly stopped that, also they are heavy models,

So you come on here to vent your spleen.

If you take your head out of the sand for a moment and stop being so selfish you might find out that there are far worse things happening in the world.

In the current circumstances count your blessings that you are able to afford such non essential items.

It might have escaped you but the world is in a bit of a mess and fast going down the pan.

    Bernard

    A bit harsh😮
