    Brighton modelworld... interesting day learning how to operate fiddle yards with train and loco casettes at the busy end of P4 Brighton Road, driving the trains on the upper lines and generally having a fun time. Home for a needed cup of tea now though. Thanks to Barry for letting me help.

      How was the exhibition overall Jon? Last time I went there were more boats, soldiers and. daleks than trains :-O

      The show is definately a general model show.., it didn't take me long to walk around and see what I wanted to see - which there wasn' ttoo much of... some nice chats though (including the NMRA) and got a good deal on a DCC fitted Craven DMU, which will go nicely with my deltics (the first trains I rode). The Daleks were there in force - might still take the boys on Sunday if possible

      Kinda like Daleks TBH...but the show isn't the same as was 2o years ago...reflects change in the hobbies I guess...
