  1. Cheltenham model Centre are not stocking the class 56s unfortunately. They will be stocking the class 60s though. Great model shop, worth a visit if you're in the area, I'm very fortunate to have them on my door step.
  2. Still waiting for mine, ordered it in June 21 from Rails, heard nothing yet. Not the end of the world, but a little miffed others seem to have ordered theirs and got them sent straight out. Rails have had my £30 depo for over 2 and a half years, thought I might be a bit higher up the list
  3. This is the overhauled rad fan to be fitted into 50030 Repulse
  4. I'm really looking forward to see how the new HJ 47 turns out. There's a number liveries quite unrepresented by Bachmann. Original r/f, br blue (with headlight, res 47/4 and original i/c have not been done for sometime or not at all. For me the new model needs to be either as good as Bachmann and cheaper or miles better and a similar price.
  5. I'm not familiar with those other models, I'd assumed they were all new/future releases. I was hoping for some new polybulks off the back of Rails ones.
  6. Do I spy a polybulk in the cabinet at the start of the video? Don't recall that being announced.
  7. Really looking forward to my 56 arriving,. Just asking what dcc chip (non sound) is recommended for them? The website says it's 21 pin.
  8. I'm sure your correct, I was going off my own memories of them. I didn't have much to do with the mk1, they were a bit before my time . A big selling point of the transits was, and probably still is, the amount of body options that was available. I'm really liking the latest announcements. Not just the transit but the Beford CF as well. (Although I'd prefer a plain livery) Also who can resist a horrible brown Cortina and a beige escort.
  9. Love to see a white arrow transit too . I recall they had sliding drivers door and single rear wheel base, not sure the tooling will cater for that variant? Looks like it has a side door which I think only appeared in the very last couple of years of mk2 production.
  10. Thanks for posting, had the same problem. Found if I switched it off at the wall, the signal would return for a second before it lost power. I had a old transformer of a similar spec with the same connector. Plugged it in and I now have signal ! !! Will order the correct spec transformer when I get a minute.

    Polybulks!

I can't find any photos of the green/ grey wagon, apart from Paul's one from 1982. I have found quite a few green/grey ones without branding , I have come to the conclusion that very few had the large Nacco Tiger branding ( maybe just that one?) and they / it lost those logos very early on.
  12. Most of those were withdrawn early on, only 50005/16/29/32 made it into the 90s. 50032 would be another good one to do, great name and carried at least 3 different liveries. I remember seeing that model of 50043 in Cheltenham model shop and just couldn't buy it. I don't think Accurascale will make the mistake of large logo on a unrefurbished body somehow!!
  13. How about 50029 ? One of the few 50s that has never been modelled, which is quite surprising since it was one of the last in regular service.
