      Hmm....I'm not so sure.

Could be a crappy parking ticket or

      something.

Post them to me. I'll give you an accurate quality review....with an insulin spike.

If you stayed off the forum today how did you manage to create this post? Did you get a sorry unfortunate to do your type bidding for you? Then again, if someone else indeed is typing on your behalf, how can the word 'I' even be accurate? Hmm. It's a paradox.

It's ok cap'n, simply ignore this thread, post a fresh new status and you won't be caught here.

  7. A pox on all washing machines, tumble dryers and similar domestic appliances that have a beeper or similar to nag you to attend to their needs at inconvenient times.

Any electrical appliance that has a cymatically honed soul splitting frequency in it should be boycotted. I have been known to launch hand scanners as far as I can sling them in work places (don't care if saying this damages prospects, there isn't any anyway!) due to the sound waves sending me in a fury. Just like a dog to a particular sound me. A-woof woof. Oh yeah, don't bash the pans in the cupboard unless you want an outburst either. Misophonia.

Nah, a 40 or so year old locomotive still in its polystyrene packaging. Removing them usually results in broken buffers or steps. Safer not unwrapped.

That's true, watching paint dry can be sort of fun if you are purposely crazing things with overt thinners based paint washes to represent cracked concrete.

      What David said!

Now it's working I'd only touch it if certain wire runs are in danger of being snagged.

Helps when one is practiced for sure. I wasn't trying to put a chip in though, just evaluating body removal yet found the running plate is joined to the chassis too. Might just get a cheapo chassis from ebay. For my N gauge E2 print.

  16. Well Photobucket have shafted me, as good as inserting a shoe up me poop shute sideways. Yes I'm crass yet very visual. No ox poo with me. I haven't $399 to waste to use Photobucket as I have been doing for over a decade so I'm in the poop.

  17. One thing I find interesting about RMweb is that it feels like the model Railway club I have never been to. There are some clubs which I am part of don't know much compared to what is shared here. Topics such as servicing old models, finding out where what came from and where to find something similar. It's stuff like that I find really handy and to know that whenever I have a problem with something and I don't know the answer to, there is always someone here who is kind enough to...

Ok, many thanks for the info. Eventually I'd like to be able to offer basic and complete kits in a box to suit any guage, probably with etches too. Might at some point try your idea as something definetly needs to be done about this Shapeways bother, not that it is all bad as it isn't but for me various things are making it too bothersome and unworkable long term. Any particular company's / outlets you recomend I try?

"control of quality" This also is what appeals.

"Of course, you will become a slave to it though!" Indeed, this is evident that it could happen if things go well, but it partly is a goal to (if at all possible) manage to make enough to work from home. Even if things don't work out I can have half a day prototypes instead of half a month!

"Buy a 3D printer." This has been my plan for a good while, thinking of a Raise3D. Then can have more control over prices, no doubt not without various issues though. "Move to Europe?" Err, get on ya 'orse! "New cottage industry?" Could invent a new cottage cheese with WSF fragments in it.
