nothing wrong with the DR5000 and all its accessories the rev loop module can be a challenge but it works ok

I'm comparing with digitrax not Lenz or z21

if you want to do automatic uncoupling I would go for train controller I have achieved this easily take a look at my youtube videos on youtube at overdene station i used digitrax stuff first off but have since changed to digikeijs dr5000 i find it works much better at stopping correctly and is better for speed profiling if i can be of any more help just ask thanks Alan

looks like its been a dodgy motor replaced the motor and it seems fine now

yeah tried that and it works the same so its not the decoder

I fitted the decoder and its the same with sound on or off I have 22 of these locos all with the same decoder and sounds

its a loksound decoder it does not have this function on the chip not that I'm aware of

after stopping the loco it won't move again. all the sounds are working as if it were moving etc then if you keep trying it eventually moves ive had the motor out and all looks ok it turns freely etc any on had this problem before

yes I have all sound locos from various sound manufactures and use TC leave the sound and do the profile works fine

there is no need to do the shuffle to couple just reverse into the rolling stock join and pull forward

never thought of that you can use variables to uncouple or flags take a look at my you tube video
