hi all im fitting a em2 in 37049 at the no2 end and using a loksound v4 with legoman wensleydale sounds plugged into a esu 15968 adaptor board at the other end ive read a couple of threads regarding adding resistors in between the board and lights but im not sure if this is right as the lighting boards in the nose has some smd resistors on and don't want to add more and make the leds to dim. ive noticed smd resistors on the original Bachmann board are these extra resistors to replace those cheers for now

hi all I trying to use jmri with a prodigy 2 but I keep getting strange things happening on start up it says com3 is in use on the layout editor it only shows internal turnout settings so I cant edit points to control them I bought a sprog 2 recently to program with decpder pro as the prodigy kept giving false reading when trying to identify a loco on the programming track I'm wondering if the prodigy is not really compatible with jmri any advice would be helpful please
