Though I guess that with, shall we say, less than brilliant working conditions like they're frequently found at parcel services, the front line grunts will often tend to be victims themselves, and probably not terribly motivated (for which I can hardly blame them...).
I don't know, but I suspect it's all minimum wage, zero hours contracts, no job security/future coupled with a self obsessed management totally disconnected from their employees and the reality of what it is they're there to do. The fate of many a company in today's "progressive" age, alas.
