Hi Alan.
The ridge tiles are made up using two different sizes of plastic angle where the lardger size is sliced up into 1mm wide sections and glued over the smaller sized angle at about 20 mm apart.
Hope this helps.
Cheers.
Allan.
Thanks Allan.

And we should try to take an RMWeb 7mm group selfie photo.
Have a good weekend guys, I unfortunately cannot make Guildex this year due to family commitments.

Allan,
Can you advise on the ridge tiles you have used for your loco shed, are they scratchbuilt or a stock item from somewhere?
Thanks,
Alan.

I have no idea regards the colour spec but looking at hundreds of photos it points to the colour being darker. My gut feeling is that a lighter yellow would be a very strange colour to paint a working locomotive but an umber brown yellow would be more of a practical colour. Both Gladstone and Boxhill were painted pre 1948 so I expect they would have been close if not the same as the original colour. Anyway I have ordered Thames and see what I think when it arrives.

You do realise that's the slippery slope now David !

Did anyone ever find what was wrong with it?

Did you find the windmill?

Just a brief note to thank Jakub for the quick turn around. Exactly one week since my enquiry above I received a small package containing the bespoke items along with some of the standard products.
Great service!
Thanks,
Alan.
