Locokeith
Hi all Can anybody provide details of where I might find layout plans incorporating the Peco double slip? I have bought one as it was a bargain and rather foolishly am not sure where it should be incorporated in the layout I am planning. I had intended to use it at a station throat, but could do with a bit of inspriration. I have seen the slip used in a couple of "Freezer" plans but would like to have a few more to refer to. Grovenor
The double slip can be used anywhere you would otherwise have two points connected toe to toe and need to save space or avoid a reverse curve. Regards

shortliner
To see them in their full glory, you need to stand in the platform (I think it is Platform 4) at Perth (Scotland, not Oz) and look towards the carriage sheds - there are a whole row of them
